We have used Mountain Home Spa for several years for our monthly spa maintenance at our AirBnb and then we purchased a new spa with them when the time came to replace it. It was going into a complicated location that required a crane and they helped us get it coordinated at a time that worked with our rental schedule. They have always been quick to respond and Elisha stands by her word as the owner, she will make sure her customers are taken care of should anything come up.

I have an older spa (17 years old), so maintenance and replacement parts become the norm. Recently my heater and board went out. Mountain Home Spa quickly responded and set up an appointment. After diagnosing the issues, they quickly returned and completed necessary repairs; all while I was out of town. My spa is quieter than it’s been in years and functions like it did when new. The Bullfrog Spa product is well designed, handsome and luxurious. The sales and installation experience was professional and thorough. The installers spotted a few minor (almost invisible) scratches, and Bullfrog plans to replace the affected panels as warranty items. The entire team was well coordinated and pleasant.
